(December 4) We are pleased to announce that two special ONE-DAY qualifiers will be held in December for the 2014 Breeders’ Cup Betting Challenge. The 2013 BCBC was the most successful ever, with 182 players vying for almost $500,000 in prize money (see Highlights page). The opening contest will be on Sunday, December 15th and the second on Sunday, December 29th. Entries will be $190 with a maximum of 280 entries and up to FOUR (4) BCBC spots will be awarded (1 for every 70 entries). Each spot includes a full $10,000 BCBC entry and a $500 travel allowance.
Free Daily Racing Form past performances of the contest races will be available to all entrants. Each contestant is also awarded a free $10 wagering credit for DRFBets.com. Noted handicapper and author, Peter Fornatale, is writing a new blog about handicapping tournaments twice weekly on www.drf.com. Thank you for participating.

2013 BCBC Results: There were a record 182 players and $480,000 in prize money at the 2013 BCBC at Santa Anita Park. Peter Behr won the championship by turning his $7,500 bankroll into $124,115 – plus the $200,000 first prize - collecting $324,115, a BCBC record! And Peter qualified on BCQualify.com, turning a $110 entry fee into $324,115. Kevin McFarland won a total of $219,737 in an outstanding second place effort.
